Refund and Returns Policy

This website is intended for residents of the United States only. We ship only to addresses within the United States and its territories, except Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

Last Updated: September 27, 2026

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Prints are made to order. All sales are final except for prints that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. State art-disclosure laws may also give you a limited return right — see Section 5.

If something is wrong with your print, tell us within 14 days of delivery, and we will replace it or refund you in full — your choice. We pay the shipping either way. For a fault you could not have seen on delivery, you have longer — see Section 3.

If we cannot ship within the time we promised, you may cancel for a full refund.

This policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes. It is the plain-language version of the shipping, cancellation, return, refund, and warranty terms in Sections 4 through 9 of our Terms and Conditions, which govern your purchase. Where this policy and the Terms differ, the Terms control — but they are written to say the same thing.

The Website is operated by Baseline Commerce, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. Baseline Commerce, LLC is the seller of your print.

1. When Your Print Ships

We ship within forty-five (45) days after we receive your completed order and your payment is authorized, unless the product page clearly states a longer period at the time you place your order. Prints are made one at a time and often ship well inside that window. Forty-five days is the outside limit we hold ourselves to, not how long we expect your order to take. If your payment is declined or reversed, the period starts again when we receive a valid payment.

Your print is produced to order by a professional print laboratory, delivered to us for inspection, and then shipped by us to you. We look at every print before it goes out.

2. If We Are Running Late

If we cannot ship within the window in Section 1, we will contact you before it closes. Our message will give a revised date — or, if we cannot give one, say so and explain why — offer you a choice to agree to the delay or cancel and get all your money back, give you a free way to reply, and tell you plainly which of the rules below applies to you.

First delay of 30 days or less past the window. If you do not reply, you are treated as agreeing to wait until the revised date — but you can still cancel any time before your print ships.

First delay of more than 30 days, or with no revised date. We will not go ahead unless you agree. If we do not hear your agreement within thirty (30) days after the window ends, we cancel your order automatically. If you agree to a delay with no revised date, you can still cancel any time before your print ships.

Any further delay. If we cannot ship by a revised date you agreed to, or were treated as agreeing to, we will contact you again before that date. We will not go ahead unless you agree. If we do not hear your agreement before that date passes, we cancel your order automatically. If you agree to a further delay with no revised date, you can still cancel any time before your print ships.

We refund everything you paid, including sales tax, within seven (7) business days — you do not have to ask — if:

• you cancel;

• your order is canceled automatically under this section;

• we do not ship by the window or a revised date, and you have not agreed, or been treated as agreeing, to a later date; or

• we tell you we cannot ship your order and have decided not to.

3. If Your Print Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described

Tell us within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Email marino.apollinari@gmail.com with:

1. Your order number;

2. What is wrong; and

3. Photographs of the print and, if it was damaged in transit, the shipping carton and packing materials.

You may also write to us or call us at the address and telephone number in Section 11.

We review your claim, and you choose the remedy: a replacement print at our expense, including all shipping, or a full refund of everything you paid, including sales tax. If a limited edition has sold out and we cannot replace the print, we refund you in full.

We will not ask you to pay to return a damaged print. If we need it back, we send you a prepaid shipping label.

Faults you could not have seen on delivery. If a manufacturing problem shows up later — delamination, ink bleed, adhesive failure — tell us within fourteen (14) days of noticing it and within ninety (90) days of delivery, and the same remedies apply.

Inspecting on arrival. We suggest you check the package when it arrives and, if the carrier allows, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. This helps, but it is not a condition of anything in this policy. You do not lose your rights by accepting the package or by not saying anything to the driver.

4. What Is Not a Defect

Photographic printing has normal variation, and some of it is inherent to the process rather than a fault:

• Tone and contrast may differ from what you saw on screen, because monitors vary in calibration, brightness, and color management.

• Size is nominal. Stated sizes refer to the photographic image, and finished dimensions may vary by up to five percent (5%) — in the image and in the overall sheet. This is characteristic of the process, not damage. Where a print has a white border, that border sits outside the stated image size and makes the sheet larger overall; the photograph itself is still the size stated. Product pages list the image size, and may also list the sheet size. If a page does not give the sheet size and you need it for framing, ask us before you order.

• Resolution is a property of the print file, not the camera or the printing equipment. Prints are made from digital photographic files, and when the printed size calls for it we scale the file up by interpolation before printing. In preparing a print file we use no AI to invent detail that was not photographed, and we add, remove, or rearrange no content in the picture. We do not claim that the file we send to the laboratory is the untouched original camera file, and a black-and-white print may come from a monochrome rendering of a color capture. How fine detail resolves at the printed size is characteristic of the photograph and the process, not a fault.

• Any change to the print that arises after delivery from its storage, display, or handling, including storage in the shipping materials, is not a defect.

5. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, the print did not suit the room, or your plans changed. Prints are produced individually for each order.

This does not affect anything in Section 3, and it does not affect any right you have under a law that cannot be waived. If a state law governing the sale of fine prints and photographs, such as Michigan’s Art Multiples Sales Act, gives you a right to return a print for a reason related to the information we are required to disclose, our final-sale rule does not limit that right, and we will honor it on the terms that law provides.

6. Refunds — How and When

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of our approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit on your statement.

Where the fault is ours, we refund everything you paid, including sales tax — we do not deduct anything for shipping.

7. Orders We Cancel

We may cancel an order and refund you in full within seven (7) business days if:

• there was an obvious error in the price or description on the Website;

• we cannot verify your billing or shipping details, or suspect fraud;

• your payment does not authorize; or

• the print is unavailable, or your order exceeds a stated quantity limit.

If the listed price is incorrect, we will not charge you more without asking you first. If you do not agree to the corrected price, we cancel and refund you in full.

If you place an order to an address in Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, which our checkout does not block, we will cancel it and refund everything you paid, including sales tax, within seven (7) business days.

8. Packages That Do Not Reach You

If a package is returned to us because the address you provided was incorrect, we will contact you. You can either pay the actual cost of reshipping or cancel — in which case we refund everything you paid, including sales tax, minus the outbound and return shipping costs we actually paid.

If a package is undeliverable due to our error or the carrier’s, we reship at our cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

If your package never arrives. If tracking does not show delivery within fifteen (15) days after we ship, tell us. We treat the print as lost and, at your choice, send a replacement at our expense or refund you in full. If a limited edition has sold out and we cannot replace it, we refund you in full. We handle the carrier claim, not you.

If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address you gave us, the print is no longer at our risk — but tell us anyway, and we will help you trace it with the carrier.

9. Rights This Policy Does Not Take Away

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the law, including:

• your rights under the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 435;

• your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer under the Fair Credit Billing Act;

• your rights under state laws governing the sale of fine prints and photographs, including Michigan’s Art Multiples Sales Act; and

• any consumer protection right under the law of your state that cannot be waived by agreement.

10. Limited Warranty

The remedies in Section 3 are our limited warranty. Baseline Commerce, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that your print will arrive free of damage and manufacturing defects and as described. The warranty begins on delivery and lasts ninety (90) days; claims must be made within the time limits and in the way set out in Section 3, and the remedies are those in Section 3. It covers only the original purchaser and does not transfer if the print is resold. It does not cover the items in Section 4, and it does not promise how a print will perform or last over time.

Any implied warranty, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to ninety (90) days from delivery. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

We are not liable under this limited warranty for incidental or consequential damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. The full terms are in Section 9 of the Terms and Conditions.
